Pictorial postmark from West Nyack, NY 10994, perfectly visible on the matte, folded card - which I can postcardize anytime, should I want. I never heard of West Nyack before - have you? See how a simple, nice postmark can "put a locality on the map" for you, and many others? |

Would that be HARE-splitting, Dorin? I too wondered why they didn't depict the hare, but then - we have little to say about stamp subjects. They (USPS) just recently announced that you don't have to be dead for ten or even five years to be considered suitable subject matter for a stamp.
We still have a chance, Dorin!
I had no idea that there was a Frankenstein, Missouri...I once visited a place called Frankenstein in Germany, however...Happy PFF!
Owls, orange, and who knew Frankenstein lived in Missouri???!!!!!! Some good fall stuff here.

Okay Dorin, now I know the difference between rabbits and hares and also a little more about the kumquat as well !
