Thanks to your blog, I am now quite familiar with Vlad. I just hope I get on Jeopardy and am lucky enough to get a Vlad question. Or maybe I'll be on Cash Cab and I'll call you if I need a mobile shout-out!
As for what my neck of the woods looked like 500 years ago - unspoiled wilderness.
Fatehr has a sprained knee, but that's all I can add I think.
